Partners Kosova and CSSP will organize two days Mediation conference on 1-2 December 2009 in Pristina, Kosovo aiming to bring together the main stakeholders in the field of ADR to develop a strategy on how ADR services like mediation can support the efficiency of the justice system of Kosovo and reduce the case backlog that currently exists.
Library &Research

One of the goals of SEEMF is to disseminate information and research about Alternative Dispute Resolution methods and mediation.  In this section you will find articles about mediation and other related topics, and book suggestions.  This section will be regularly updated, so be sure to keep checking for new additions.

The SEEMF Training Manual

This section also includes the SEEMF Training Manual.  The Manual was put together as a joint effort of mediators from across the Western Balkans to increase the literature about mediation from mediators in the region.  The Manual is a living document and new chapters will be added in the future.  If you are interested in writing a chapter for the SEEMF Training Manual, please contact Gordana Ristin at gordana.ristin@sodisce.se

If you have information that you would like to have put on this website, please contact your SEEMF Country Coordinator or the SEEMF Network Coordinator.
